Over time, that disconnect can leave people spiritually devoted but emotionally exhausted, faithful yet anxious, knowledgeable yet disconnected from their inner voice.In Embodied Faith, we explore what it truly means to experience God from the inside out.This teaching moves beyond surface spirituality and into the nervous system, the psyche, and the sacred intelligence of the body. We’ll look at how religion and spirituality shape our stress responses, our sense of safety, our self-trust, and even our ability to rest. We’ll unpack how fear-based belief systems live in the body, how shame disrupts spiritual connection, and how trauma can distort our image of God.Together, we’ll explore inner wisdom versus outer authority, spiritual maturity versus spiritual dependency, intuition versus programming, and what happens when people are taught to obey before they’re taught to discern.We’ll talk honestly about how early spiritual environments affect adulthood, how the body remembers what the mind tries to forget, and how healing the nervous system is part of restoring our relationship with Spirit. This is not about abandoning faith. It’s about deepening it. It’s about learning to recognize God’s voice through peace, alignment, and embodied truth instead of anxiety, guilt, or fear.You’ll be guided through reflection, gentle body awareness, and meaningful discussion designed to help you reconnect with your inner knowing. We’ll examine how belief lives in posture, breath, emotion, and identity, and how reclaiming sacred self-trust allows faith to become something you feel, not just something you practice.This is a space for honesty, healing, and remembrance.A space to soften the body.
